Refund Policy

At THE CYMANSAYZ STORE, we value our customers and are committed to providing high-quality products. However, please note that all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing your order.

RETURNS

1. Final Sales: All items purchased from THE CYMANSAYZ STORE are considered final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless explicitly approved by our management.

2. Approval for Returns: If you believe there is a valid reason for a return, you must contact us via email at hello@cymansayz.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from our Manager/Owner.

3. Return Shipping Costs: If your return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that your returned items are received.

4. Restocking Fee: Approved returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the approved return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
